Meet Ed & Stacy
dear birth mother:
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to tell you a little bit about our family. We hope as you read and look at our pictures, you will feel the love and security we have to share with your baby. We understand this is a very difficult time for you and admire your courage for the decision you are making to provide your child with the best life he or she can have.
We would like to share some individual information about us. Ed has worked as a plumber with a company that is family owned and operated for seventeen years. He usually is home early every day, which gives him the time to volunteer for Boy Scouts for our son. He also likes to volunteer to be a room Dad for holiday parties at school, be on the advisory council for the school board and coach for tee-ball. His interests are wood working, NASCAR, fishing and spending time together as a family going to the zoo, museum, and picnics.
Stacy works two days a week as a surgical technologist in a local hospital. She specializes in pediatric cases mostly ENT cases. She has been at the hospital for fifteen years and feels like her co-workers are family. She hopes to stay home full time. In her free time she volunteers at Will's school, PTO and helps with Boy Scouts. I also love to bake. The time we spend together as a family is my favorite from taking the dog for a walk to spending the day downtown sight seeing. When I work Will is picked up by his grandparents and cared for until I get home. They live very close to us and enjoy seeing him often. I have a brother who is married and lives about 20 minutes away and he has three children. Ed has a sister who is married and lives close by also. Will is a six year old who is full of life, and full of questions. He is very sweet and polite. He has a great love for animals, reading, swimming and exploring. He talks all the time about being a big brother and being able to teach new things to a brother or sister.
We have lived in our house for nine years and love our neighborhood. We live in a three bedroom house with a full finished basement with a playroom. We have a huge fenced backyard with a pool and swing set. We spend a lot of time back there in the summer. We have a dog who loves to play back there too! The elementary school is about a mile from our house. We have parks close by and even a fishing pond in the subdivision that Ed and Will visit. Our Catholic church is close by and we raise Will with that faith.
We hope this gives you a picture into our lives. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask us. We want you to know we have love, security and trust to offer a child. We have peace of mind and our heart to offer you.Thank you for taking the time to consider us.
Ed and Stacy
